The climate in Buenos Aires is humid subtropical during the summer with mild drier winters. Temperature is measured in centigrades.
Summer is from December to March and the temperature ranges between 21 and 32
Autumn is from April to June and the temperature ranges between 10 and 22
Winter is from July to September and the temperature ranges between 20 and 12
Spring is from September to December and the temperature ranges between 13 and 25.

In Buenos Aires local and long distance pay phones can be found everywhere. You can also use a “locutorio", which is a telephone company office. You can also buy pre-paid cards and call from any telephone.
Cibercafes and Wi-Fi hot spots are very common in Buenos Aires and have very fast and reliable connections.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Public transportation is a very well organized system making it easy to travel throughout the city. There are many bus lines, the metro or subway system and you can take taxis or "remises" and cars with a driver. The cost of public transportation is very reasonable.
AIR SERVICES
The international airport, Ministro Pistarini is located in the suburb of Ezeiza, about 45 minutes from downtown and is often called “Ezeiza”. There is 24-hour airport bus service to downtown and cab services from the airport to your hotel or destination.

FERRY SERVICE TO URUGUAY
Ferries cross the Rio de la Plata between Buenos Aires and Uruguay several times a day.

The banks are open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM.
Shopping center are open from 9 AM to 8 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1PM.
