What time are check-in's and check out's realized ?
Check in are realized between 10 am and 2 pm. Check outs are realized between 10 am and 12 noon. Any check in or check out performed outside of this time frame is subject to a U$S 10 surcharge. Late check out fees are U$S 50 and entitle you to stay an extra half day or until 10 pm.
What do I need to pay at time of check in ?
The total amount of the rental price should be paid during the check-in, including the U$S 40 administrative fee along with the full deposit for the rental ( which will be returned at time of check-out considering no damage was done to the property ).
What is included in the rental price ?
The rental fee includes the rental of the apartment for the specified time. It also includes all building fees, utilities and maintenance fees.
Who will be waiting for me at the apartment for the check-in ?
Once your reservation is confirmed and your deposit has been received , we will contact you via email to inquire about your exact arrival date and time ( including flight number ). As soon as we receive this information we will contact you to confirm the exact address of the rental apartment and time one of our representatives will meet you there.
