Terms and conditios for rent

RESERVATIONS/CONDITIONS

Prior to making a reservation read our terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, we will be happy to discuss them with you. Prior to sending payment, please confirm vacancy.

DEPOSIT and PAYMENT METHODS

We require a 30% deposit of the total amount to confirm and hold your requested dates. You can send payment by:

a. Western Union

c. Paypal

d. Credit cards

e. Moneygram

f. Travelers checks : Mastercard, Visa or American Express + 10% cost

They must be signed up and down.

HOW to RESERVE

You can reserve via email, attaching the following information: e-mail to info@RentingBA.com

1. apartment code i.e. ( 100 )

2. the deposit amount, name of the person who sent the money, the serial number that correlates the transaction (serial number)

3. the country and city of your departure

4. the quantity/ names's and ages of the tenants

5. the flight number and hour of your arrival

6. personal contact information ( email addresses, telephone numbers )

7. the name and company you represent/work for ( corporate accounts only )

8. the list of extra services you would like ( private Spanish lessons, cell phone rentals, tour guides etc )

*We can arrange to pick you up from the airport in a privaate car by our English speaking Concierge, please inquire. The cost for this service is U$S 50 each way.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-In Time: 10:00AM at the Apartment

Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM at the Apartment

***We will try to accommodate all your needs and a better way of doing it is with prior notice***

Check-In Procedure:

A member of our staff will wait for you in the apartment upon your arrival, where you will pay cash (U.S. dollars or Argentinean pesos) during the check-in for the following:

1. 70% of the rent

2. Administration Fee: $40 USD

3. Deposit of guarantee of $500-$2,000. Under certain conditions, the deposit is more. Before you reserve the apartment, we will notify you of the exact deposit.

You will sign the contract, the building rules and the inventory previously checked it. In this moment the guest receives the property keys.

We also require a photocopy of your Passport(s) or National I.D.(s) when you Check-In. It is required of ALL TENANTS.

***It is important to have the money ready when you Check-In since our goal is to provide excellent and prompt service to all out cutomers and it is possible that we have clients checking-in after you. We cannot wait more than 30 minutes to complete the Check-In process***

Check-Out Procedure:

A RentingBA staff member will contact you and arrange a time to check you out of the apartment. Chek out is approximately at 10:00AM. We will take inventory and inspect the apartment before returning your deposit. The apartment must be in the same condition as it was at the time of your chek in for you to receive your full deposit. The check-out process is approx. 25 minutes. We are interested in returning a FULL deposit and developing a long-term relationship.

Accommodating more guests in the facilities than what was previously established in the contract can be considered a breach of contract and is sufficient reason for eviction. Home owners and RentingBA reserve the right to refuse admission. If there are changes to your party, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do everything in our power to satisfy all parties.

RentingBA is responsible for all reservation procedures, for a specified property for the period requested by the guest. Should there be an unforeseen event in the property prior to your arrival that will make your stay there impossible, RentingBA will make arrangements to relocate you to another apartment of similar characteristics, available at the time of your trip.

Temporary rent contracts are not subject to deferment, postponement and prorogation. They have an start date, and a finish date. If by any reason the guest wishes to prolong his stay in the rented building, the guest will have to give notice to RentingBA with enough time to prepare a new contract for the period agreed upon and to make sure that the property is available.

CANCELLATION POLICY

With cancellations 30+ days prior to reservation, the client is entitled to 50% of the deposit. After this point, the deposit is non-refundable.

If the guest wants to shorten the stay upon arrival, the deposit is non refundable and will be considered to be compensation for the owner on account of breach of contract.
